Shipping and Returns
Simply Devine Pa Shipping and Returns Policies:
Domestic Shipping:
Ordering processing time is dependant on the individual items that are ordered. Simply Devine Pa is not responsible for lost packages. When your order is placed through our website and shipped, a tracking number is sent via email. Should a package be returned to our facility, we will advise the sustomer and schedule to reship. We are not responsible for any delays with the Postal or Delivery service, as these delays are out of our control.
International Shipping:
Simply Devine Pa does not ship Internatioinally at this time.
Simply Devine Pa (SDPA) values our relationship with our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you wish to return a SDPA brand product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns.
Product Returns
Any NON-CUSTOM product may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, first contact our Customer Service Center at sales@simplydevinepa.com.
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all unused or undamaged products returned. SDPA may waive the restocking fee at our descretion.
Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by email us at sales@simplydevinepa.com
Refunds
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.
For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items.
Custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Undeliverable Merchandise
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
